Competitive Gymnastics Programs
Competitive gymnastics is the development of complex skills and techniques associated with a highly developed and specialized sport that over the years has raised its performance standards and requirements to such a level that it can only be achieved through the implementation of specialized training programs. Saltos is proud to offer competitive programming in women's artistic gymnastics, men's artistic gymnastics, trampoline and cheer!
WAG - Women's Artistic Gymnastics
For girls aged 5 years and up.
Train between 4 to 16 hours a week.
Women's artistic gymnastics has 4 different events to compete on; Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. This program is for invited athletes only, if you would like more information about our women's competitive program please contact us today.
MAG - Men's Artistic Gymnastics
For boys aged 5 years and up.
Train between 4 to 16 hours a week.
Men's artistic gymnastics has 7 different events to compete on; Floor, Pommels, Rings, Vault, P-Bars, High Bar, and Physical. This program is for invited athletes only, if you would like more information about our men's competitive program please contact us today.
Competitive Trampoline
For girls and boys ages 7 years and up.
Train between 6 to 9 hours a week.

Competitive Cheer
For girls and boys ages 7 years and up.
Train between 2 to 6 hours a week.
